CLARKSVILLE, Ark. -- One driver is dead after two tractor-trailers collided on Interstate 40. The accident happened near Clarksville and mile marker 52 around 9 a.m. Sunday. A police report confirms 59-year-old David Stanley from Ohio crossed the center median into the eastbound lane, crashing into the side of another tractor-trailer.
